The latest functions at a glance

In parallel to the already existing online documentation, we have published a corresponding online version for our Kendox Purchase-to-Pay solution. The new online user manual will provide our users with an overview of the software functions and application areas of the solution in the future. The online documentation describes in detail the functional scope of the application and serves as a support in the operation of our software. The well-structured table of contents allows the desired information to be retrieved quickly. The online documentation is publicly accessible and thus offers high and central availability at many workstations.

Mail-to-Process (M2P) is an add-on module for automated processing of incoming emails and attachments in business processes. It enables the automatic capture and processing of e-mail content, such as customer orders, inquiries or complaints, and their integration into existing processes and systems. M2P improves efficiency, reduces manual tasks and minimizes errors by automating email processing workflows. With this module, you can better manage the growing demands in terms of service and communication to your customers and realize the current requirements for a modern order-to-cash solution.

With the new document tracking, future research as well as selection of documents will be simplified. In addition to the individual selection of search fields, the user can save his searches with the settings made and reuse them when called up again. The user can design the hit list according to his own wishes. A separate administration role can be used to provide predefined searches as the default search for the user. In the course of the adjustments, the authorization logic was also extended. With the new version, the security area of Kendox InfoShare as well as other data fields such as cost center, document type, etc. can be used for the authorization of the document display. Regardless of the authorization logic, the new “My documents” function can be used to display documents in which the user was involved in a process, e.g. account assignment or release.

In addition to the standard German and English languages already available, we have now introduced a French language package for use. With the French language package, we enable French-speaking regions to use our solution in your preferred language. This is especially beneficial for companies with locations or customers in French-speaking countries such as France, Canada, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg and many African countries. Our goal is to maximize the usability of our solution and ensure a seamless application experience for customers in different languages. Custom language packages allow us to better customize language-specific requirements and cultural nuances to provide an optimal user experience. In addition, we are happy to further expand our language packages and adapt them to the needs of our customers.
