This takeover ensures that the software products and personnel of DM Dokumenten Management GmbH will continue to be available to customers and partners in the same quality and with the same dedicated support.
Our combined company has locations in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Serbia. More than 130 employees look after around 1,500 customers of all sizes. The software solutions from DM Dokumenten Management GmbH complement our existing product portfolio almost perfectly.

While we, Kendox, have developed a focus on cloud service solutions for digitization in office and administration, the “lobo” product line from DM Dokumenten Management is a versatile DMS and business process solution that has been optimized for use in individual industries, such as legal and business consulting or public administration.
After a transitional period, Mr. Harald Klingelhöller will step down as Managing Director of DM Dokumenten Management GmbH and retire.
Mr. Manfred Terzer, CEO of the Kendox Group, will take over the position of Managing Director at DM Dokumenten Management GmbH and form the new management team together with Mr. Jens Hobbie.
